my friend hired bangladeshi to do the painting, all done in 1 day.
includes 1 layer of undercoat and then 2 layers of paints.
whole house (4A in amk).
$300 for 3 person. paint paid by my friend.
pretty good finishing.

best is they are money minded, pay partial when result not good (tell them in advance).
this is called play by their rule.

Haze, forget abt 2nd sofa. get a new one.

2. u must try, not worth buying a sofa which u dont feel comfortable

Haze, if you really go for 2ndhand....try those antique looking types lor. Like Javanese teaks or chinese antique reproduction(betta resale value). Other than that...just go for those Ikea ones. At least u know their age and the sofa covers maybe still available new in the stores.
