Haze, dun buy 2nd hand lah. try to source for newer sofa. ever asked the seller why he or she wans to sell it ? for all you know, the sofa might look ok but it might be infested with.. we dont know what :sweatsm:

sofa is something we use everyday... for me i insist on good ones, im a couch potato :lovegrin:

edit : ive seen ppl claiming sofa very good deals and new, then go back niah, ppl cursed n swear leh. think about it again

Actually my home wood sofa.. thou is 17 yrs old.. but good wood no break.
Just that alot of scratches ..

yup, can be refurbished.
sand papers + paint + $ for labour sure can do.

they will varnish it or something i believe, but might not be cheap. Older wooden furnitures are more sturdy and can last longer.
