i went down 2 weeks ago, but the stairway leading from Popeye is closed.

Just cross over the railing. As for the red color bridge, I don't think it is accessible yet but you can sneak in on to the brigde. I saw some of the joggers doing so.

i went down 2 weeks ago, but the stairway leading from Popeye is closed.

You can walk from Riviera LRT station to the park connector leading to the bridge. I actually had to use my GPS to get there, hahaha.

Last Sat I was at the opening of the Lorong Halus Wetland and Riverside Walk of the Punggol Promenade. I had the opportunity of taking some shots with my kit lens. I am going to love this part of Punggol where I live.
