constipation seems to be more prevalent for women than for men.

weight loss?


let me think....

1) six small meals (about a fist size) daily. (to increase metabolism)
2) restrictive carbo intake (very restrictive)
3) white meat. (prefer steam fish or chicken)
4) diet of purely protein (fish or chicken) or veg in each meal. that means that only chicken or fish or veg.....try not to combo. bad for digestion.
5) twice a week. jogging (2.4km with 60-70% of max heart beat rate)
6) no food for four hours before sleep time.
7) no oily or fried stuff. once in the blue moon indulgence is pretty ok.
8) take vitamins to suppliment the lost of nutrients from lack of other foodsources in your daily diet.

* dont be afraid to take pure whey protein that is commonly use for body building(regardless whether u are into that sports), they do help in supplimenting protein intake to a greater extend. they sort of help to maintain muscle mass which burns off energy.

Prune juice will make me "lau" :P
So that's my last option. so far.. i don't have that problem ^-^.. phew..

Since CS was in maintenance, did the full 8.5km in one go......:lovegrin:

Funny, as I reached the full 5km mark....told myself. Let try for one more km.

As the 6km was completed, and the body wasn't as tired....then really itchy liao.

Can the full 8km or not? I think I am a greedy person........8.5km at the end.

Now backside & calves sored, legs tremblin........:cry:

But once working two jobs, it is hard to substain that level. Unless it is weekend or public holidays. What is the point? As long as in good shape ...can liao.

I guess it is all depend on people's ego lor......

Personally, I live for my family and myself. I dun go all out in life to prove on things that is not relevant to me.

u mean the long long time ago in a galaxy far far away when ppl can fly instead of running? cos when you run unless no gravity, otherwise sure have impact wat... :think:

It is all in the mind, slowly ....little by little. There will be improvement for anyone who wish to try.

I was a smoker for 3 to 4 years. Stop smoking twice........but when I found things I like to do. Everything just start to change.......It is the passion.

Like you are willing to eat anything to stay young and live longer.
