so how ? shoot sunrise one meet where and when ??

Can i have a show of hands whose driving ? easier to coordinate logistic
I maybe driving , so if we can have another 4 or 5 pple driving , den we all no need to walk liao ...

For the sunrise shot, park at punggol plaza and then must walk.
Currently the meeting place is still at the bus stop on the map.
I will be at the food court having breakfast b4 that,
if anyone want to have breakfast,
can meet me there and then we will proceed to the bus stop after breakfast.

I will be driving but I am only going for the sunrise shoot,
after that I have to go.

We still need the time of the sunrise.
Minus setup time, minus walk to location time,
to get the latest time we MUST set off from the bus stop.
Otherwise we will all walk to the location for nothing.

Awaiting for the recce report.

hi everyone, here's the timing for sunrise ... didn't go down to location 'a' this morning though, instead i stationed at the multi-storey carpark rooftop garden to get the timing...

0625 (just outside my doorstep)

this is the lighting condition for a fair weather, so please remember to bring torches! the waterside is roughly where we'll be shooting

0640 (rooftop garden)

between 0630 to 0650 lighting condition changed rapidly

moments before the sunrise

so the LATEST time to reach location 'a' is 0650

normally walking to location 'a' from location 'X' is 15min, but in the dark i'll give it 20min, so LATEST time to leave location 'X' is 0630. This means ...

1. I'll fetch one group to location 'a' at 6am so that they can set up early, then quickly run back to location 'X' to fetch second group. Those living in Punggol please come at 6am (ok ... rather demanding time )

2. those coming in by car will have to be ready to leave location 'X' by 0630 LATEST, recommended that you reach Punggol Plaza around 0615, as walking to location 'X' needs 5 to 10 min.

I'll post a serial vision of the path from Punggol Plaza to location 'X' later in the day to guide those coming in by car, stay tuned.

(so you can sleep)
it is the same, only not so cold.

Can you document the path to location A? A map
I would like to reach point A at 0620
recce for a good spot and setup equipment will take another 5 to 10 mins
so i will be ready by 0630hrs.

So I should be having breakfast from 0530.
Anyone joining me?

will do a serial vision for the route there as well later this evening, so far i cannot find a map that accurately plot out the site, the one on streetdirectory.com is the 'proposed' development map, inaccurate

alamak ... just when i about to go and shoot the various location, i hear thunder ... storm clouds approaching hope the rain come and go quickly

anyway if this happens on saturday afternoon, for those doing the day shoot as well, we should be at punggol jetty area (location 'b' or 'c') we'll take shelter at the bus stop before the jetty, if the rain is long we can go for a break before deciding the next move
