*Each participant will be allowed to loan 1 body + 1 lens for a period of 10 days
Terms and Conditions of studio Sessions
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Every 1 person will only be entitled to 1 free studio session organised by us.
2. Participants are required to loan the camera and lens set to participate in the free studio session (we will try to ensure your preferred camera / lens will be allocated)
3. Loan of camera & lens will be for a period of 10 days absolutely free.
4. To ensure fairness for everyone, please ensure your punctual attendance for your time-slot.
5. If you have a confirmed time-slot but did not turn up, you may not be able to attend our future events for free.
6. All participants will be required to do a simple survey after the session so that we will be able to improve on our planning.
7. Continuous LED lightings are provided for the studio session(flat panel with barn door + soft boxes).
8. Participants are to follow prevailing SMMs (eg masked on in the studio area, etc) during the full duration of the session.

1. Is this a scam?
A. No, we are doing a survey with this studio. As such 1 person can only attend a free studio once.
2. Is it really free? What am I expected to do?
Absolutely! All you need to do is to loan and try out 1 camera and 1 lens from the above list to try out for 10 days. At the end of the loan period, you will need to fill up a simple survey form based on the loan and equipment experience. We will also arrange a courier to collect the equipment back.
3. Are we spoiling the market?
A. No, we are not spoiling the market and is no threat to other organisers as we only allow 1 person to attend it once. So please continue to support your favourite organiser
4. Why is it FREE?
A. We are able to make it free as it is part of our survey and possible tie-ups with other businesses.
5. Is there any hidden cost involved?
A. No, all costs are already covered and you will not be asked to pay for anything on the day itself or after the shoot session. Also, private use model release will be given to all participants after the session.
6. Will the information provided in the application form be used for any marketing or provided to any third party?
A. The information provided is for screening, confirmation, communication of the studio session, any upcoming session or as pre-requisite check for any equipment loan. It will not be provided to any third party for marketing or spamming purposes.
7. Can I post the photos taken during the session on my own social media?
A. As long as you do not directly earn from the posting (eg selling the image to other people, company and/or entity) and keep to photographer's ethics to not alter the image in an explicit manner or for pornographic or defamatory purposes, yes you can post them on your own social media.
8. How long is the allocated time of the shoot for each individual?
A. As we are using full LED continuous lighting, therefore there is no restriction on time allocated as well as strobe and trigger issue. Participants will have the full allocated of about 30-45min per set of clothing for a total of approx 90min shoot time. You can treat it like an outdoor shoot (just without the hot sun
