The xxxD and G10 has a feature that allows you to take multiple shots over a period of time (i.e. 10 shots in 10 secs for example)... I think that's called Self Timer Continuous something...

Does that feature exist in 7D? Can't seem to find it in the specifications page...

I believe you are referring to time lapse photography. Dun tink 7D hav it in body... it a function of the Canon remote release.

Nope. Not to the extent of timelapse.

The feature i was asking about is quite limited.

More sharing about my experience with 7D.

First, this is my set up... 400/5.6 + 1.4x = /f8

** Take note that for the below, when you see the AF shifting slowly, it's due to my manually adjusting the focus away. To infinity and to minimum focus distance for the purpose of showing the response time to AF lock when the AF point "box" appears **

This is the (near ideal case) AF performance with this setup.

How the tigger of 2 or 3 EX580 mkII with the 7D cam ?

i think ACR still don't have support for 7D RAW right? Adobe website don't have any updates yet.

No tripod. All hand held shots. ISO varies from 800 to 1250.
