Ok, just that one time when i was confident that my photos could have been shortlisted for the canon photo marathon. Otherwise, i'm just like you guys. Not a pro. No it's not that. I just don't want to disappoint anyone. People, might think i pro, then ask me for help or tips, when i can't actually help them at all. It'll be very disappointing for the people in need of help.

erm for those who plan to go for the FREE canon training - it's rather pointless unless u are a total noob who doesn't even know how to set up the camera from reading the manuel. basically what the trainer went through is the menu in programme mode, how to set up live view, showing briefly (through photo) about exposure ect. if u're there to learn about the relationship between f/, shutter speed & ISO it's better read up (books, web) and experiment yourself.
I knew it would be like this, thats why i didn't go. Or rather had no time to go.

btw i just ordered the fancier 6662A tripod from tago tech. so wanted to know the price nitrox got it for...really curious. if the online store more ex then next time wun get from them le.
anyway nice shots eleventh...as always. :thumbsup: today rain i tot u all gone f*** liao...heng in the end the sun came out to set (sounds wrong haha). once i get my tripod ard next week i can start going out for proper shoots le! when and where is the next outing? :bsmilie:

Update on the TFCD thingy...
I had ctc the gal but leh she only free after 18Nov lor...so unless anyone can find another nice model for us to shoot...The shoot might have to postpone till further notice.

Xiaoming80...I got the tripod for $135..don't know if I overpaid but considering that the Benro A500 is going for a little more I think it was ok. I don't know exactly how heavy it is but holding it, it seem quite alright. Advice I got was that for the longer lens (around 500mm) it is not too suitable but for everything else under it is fine.
I got it from Alan at Funan but call before you go down cuz they had limited stock of tripods there.
