Anyone of you face the same problem as me?
I feel like it is hard to handle the 50mm f1.8 lens well with the small grip.
It is still ok for me to handle the kit lens as I can put my left hand at the kit lens.
But for 50mm F1.8, I still struggle to get a better handle.
Will the battery grip help to improve the handling?
Anyone can help to verify?
For 50mm F1.8, I find it very difficult to get a decent shot with shutter speed lower than 1/30s.
How do you guys think about that?
Yes I do have the same problem with you. hard to handle the 50mm f1.8..... also without IS.. I find it hard to have a sharp picture using handheld and under low light enviro...
But if you use tripod... :bsmilie: is excellent with such a price range lens...

Actually I am quite suprised by how much shake can be captured...Next to get is a good tripod or a monopod.
paperseal ! come update my name ! i shall give up waiting... it's alrdy 2.13 now in au, time for bed !
Actually, perhaps getting an external flash would be far more useful to prevent blur from handshake. How often would you bring your tripod around? It's a lot more cumbersome to have to fix your camera on it compared to hand holding.
