Nikon users are blessed with really good specs in their bodies per dollar (at least on paper). I already knew that when I first got into dslr 3 years ago.

I still choose canon because lens is more important than body and I prefer canon's lens choices, price and performance altogether.

There is always the 24-105mm f/4L and the 70-200mm f/4L.

There are also cheap and fast primes available. What is lacking?

More like Nikon never had it until recently.

Disappointed that it didn't come with a swivel screen; oh well my 10D's still in working condition, I hope ...

Just watched a video on how they linked an external device like the samsung tab or ipad by Wi-Fi to the camera n have well almost full control of its functions..so that's ur swivel screen...or portable screen..very nice touch..but still not really satisfied by it

From youtube? Can provide link, pls..

Looks like a cross between a 7D and the 60D for the back controls. Pity the vf isnt 100% and its merely 4.5fps and no articulated screen. Wifi and GPS nice to have though and it uses SD card instead of CF. Have to see the real thing to be convinced to purchase it.

Features n picture quality are equally important.
Speed -7D
Picture -6D
Affordable - 650D
LCD & size & weight - 60D
Professional - all the above.

Not sure if the 1DX is considered small, low-weight and affordable. :bsmilie:

Hi,
I like the wifi and the GPS built in. My 60D got all 9 cross type AF point, but I only use the center AF point 99% of the time, so if the 6D center point really can AF with very low light (-3EV), I might change to a 6D.

Unless one uses the AF tracking function, multiple AF points aren't really useful. My experience reflects yours: I use the center AF point 99% of the time. I have also tested a Sony A77 camera with 15 AF points and only the center AF point works reliably, all the peripheral ones are useless.
