I think everyone should cut thinkvision some slack... I for one believe thinkvision... he has been spot on with news about d300 and a700.. in fact he even posted a screenshot of the 51 af points of d300 before the cam was launched but the mods asked him to take it down

I'm sure, deep inside, many Canon shooters (with the exception of current 40D owners... :bsmilie hope he's right. But we've previously raised our hopes high about the 5D MkII, 3D etc etc based on internet rumors, only to be let down in the end. :bheart: It's only natural that people are treating these rumors with lots of skepticism now.

I am stupid, foolish and gullible and have too much faith in Canon. :embrass:

I think you are right, Canon is probably playing a waiting game and planning to attack the Sony FF with the 5D2 to make sure that Sony will not increase their DSLR market share. :devil:

True. But Canon doesn't want anything coming from behind like the D3 and D300 after the 1D cams.
