Need for sponsors - Camera-makers

• Each to conduct 1 talk and provide food

2 OICs for each of the 2 days
ICs in charge of halls (3 halls events will running concurrently, i.e. Glass Hall, Chapel & 8SQ)
Need for photo walks
Dinner as opening or grand finale
Use of glass hall for movie-screening (if needed)
Consider the use of tentage to extend capacity
Photo exhibition – featuring Crossing Bridges, etc
Sponsor needed for printing of photos
Get GOH – Minister?
Invite uncle with camera collection
Photoshoots – must include XMM, Wedding, etc
Workshops
Possibility of engaging event companies based @ polytechnics
Gautam to check out on his side concerning the running of events lobang
Ask for photos which journals CS’s journey

Critique session

i will org the photowalks for both days in the mornings - i will also recruit a few other walk leaders so that we can have a bigger walkabout on those days splitting up into smaller groups with the walk leaders

and will get image contributions from the various countries too

3rdly, will discuss with Uncle about doing an exhibition for his camera collection

I can help out with the photowalks...
we can split up teams in different geographical sectors of singapore and work out various themes.

i dun mind helping out the photowalk on 21th. 20th a bit hard to get leave from school.

something crazy for the exhibition. can we ask Nikon about bringing in selected works from Joe McNally's "Faces of Ground Zero" to Singapore? i doubt we can bring Joe back to Singapore. but if we can get the photos here, it would be great. plus we can use this to attract schools as part of the NE learning journey programme.

Some Updates: I have checked with my boss April seems to be a really busy month for her. She will let me know if we can get some help on those dates.

As an alternative, i have checked with a friend of mine who is into event management. She should be a little easier to coordinate with. Will check today, hopefully can confirm by this weekend.
