- Opening address by CS Admin
 - Short speech by VIP (MOS or dunno what minister)
 - Band performance
 - Cake-cutting
 - Buffet
 
 - Committee needed
 - S$30 per pax
 - Maximum number of participants - 150
 - Anyone who pays for the dinner will get priority booking of workshops or aniversary tee
 
- CJ - Emcee for dinner and treasurer
 - DM - Dinner
 - Invitation - Eddy and Gautam
 - Sponsors - Simon and PE
 - Anniversary tee design and banner - Ortega or Alex 

 - Seb and Peterpan - Ops for SAM and 8SQ, liaising with speakers in terms of logistics
 - AG - Volunteers
 - PE - Approaching speakers
 
- 8 talks/workshops per day - 16 day talks in total and 1 night photography
 - Timings - 10.30am to 12pm, 12.30pm to 2pm, 2.30pm to 4pm & 4.30pm to 6pm
 - Night photography on 21 April only
 - Photo walks in the morning - not confirmed
