We will be having a dry run to test out the equipment, WiFi, printers and procedure tomorrow 25 Mar at :

14 New Industrial Road, #02-01 Hudson Ind Bldg, "Egg Productions" .

The building is abt 3 buildings from the FujiFilm building ( the green color building at Paya Lebar area near to Bartley Road/Paya Lebar Road junction)

Most who attend last week recce and meeting will be there. If you would like to help in the dry run you are most welcome tomorrow.

(Edit) : The timing will be ard 6+ - 9pm - some ppl may be late no worries we can do whatvever can be do first.

Just got back and here are more details:

1. You are encouraged to use your equipment - preferably a DSLR with flash unit as lighting condition may vary throughout the day.
2. Reporting time for both days:

Saturday - 10am and 3.30pm for Sessions 1 and 2 respectively
Sunday - 10.30am and 2pm Sessions 1 and 2 respectively

3. Meeting point - KFC @ Far East Plaza
4. Refreshment - Each volunteer will be given a $5 allowance for each session; we apologise should you find the amount too little. We're trying to conserve resources.
5. Deployment will be done on-site, based on the actual turn-out.
6. Other operational details will also be given on-site.

To explain further, we have managed to obtain some sponsorship funds. After some discussion, we decided to minimise the tapping of this fund so as to maximise the final donation for the relief fund. We hope everyone can understand our reasoning.
