Brady Ariel Large - Khaki

My daily use bag, without all the other stuff, I can fit a 5D w 24mm, accessories (lenspen, blower, batteries) underneath, 2 primes in 1 side, and 1 580EXII in the other side, with pockets free.

For film people, I can fit a Speed Graphic in 1 side, and a Aero Ektar in the other side, w/ film holders in the front pockets.

You need to show us the Gelderburn and what it contains too!

prefer crumpler sling bag...

i only use sling bags for my camera bags. Because i feel safer if its infront or by the side of me.

I have also used so many different bags (buy and sell until cannot count).

I started with
Lowepro stuff - Photorunner, Fastpack200
Crumpler 6 and 7 million
Tamrac Adventure 7 camouflage
Domke F3-x sand, olive, rugged wear. Domke F2, F803 all rugged wear
Billingham L2, Hadley (small, original, pro) in various color combi - khaki, black, black n tan, sage n tan.
Thinktankphoto UD50, Shapeshifter
ArtistNArtisan ACAM 1100,3000
Brady Ariel Large (Black but brass studs)

All's got its pros and cons, quirks. Some too big, some too small, some just nice but you'll need to carry the tripod in another bag (usually so for shoulder bags). My personal favourites are still the Tamrac Adventure 7 camouflage, F-803 Rugged wear and the Hadley Pro Sage (when seasoned). But they were all sold sold sold. It's absolute madness, I know.

These days, I am using a brady gelderburn (in khaki) which isn't a camera bag, but with a insert (goes well with billingham ones) it'll serve as 1 and it even houses my travel tripod (T025). With a laptop sleeve it'll serve as a work bag and I currently using it for work. I'll post some photos of it with its contents when I am stuck at home instead of shooting some landscapes outside.

I have an older PORTER messenger (small) which I DIYed a little to house a Domke 3 compartment insert, which is really good for smaller setups and when you don't want to carry too much gear. You'll be surprised just a little DIY on your part, you may just have something unique that suits your needs.

This one, the velcros were sewn onto the sides of the bag to match those on the Domke Insert. The LR44 batts aren't for the GXR setup. It's just in case I bring my film setup out, and run out of batts.

just got a retrospective 20 from john316..
it's good bag. me so happy :)

also crazy with bags...

currently having

think tank ud60 pro
think tank harddrive
think tank street walker pro
think tank modular system

and recently acquired Billingham hadley large ;0)

Latest set of bags:

1) Billingham Hadley Pro (still my favourite based on size and utility and accessibility) - I even have a spare once the old Black/Tan one fails (still looks like a while)
2) Lowepro Compuday Photo 250 (latest acquired bag, good for use for office days, as I usually only use the 10-20mm after work)
3) Lowepro Orion Trekker II (my first camera backpack, actually, using it less and less since I don't get to shoot for the whole day these days)

I'm actually looking at the Think Tank Urban Disguise 40 as a viable option for travel. The only complaint about the Hadley Pro is that there is no good way to lash the tripod to it when travelling. Though this is rare, it can be very useful, especially at times where you wish to climb up ropes (for mountains)... During my last trip to Taiwan, this was a point that struck sorely, as I was not able to reach a viewpoint due to the need to use the rope to scale the side of part of the mountain. It seems quite similar to the Hadley Pro, and though it doesn't look as nice, the front pocket is very well organized and the attachment straps for the Urban Disguise series allow one to lash a tripod at the bottom of the bag when needed. Also, there is a side pocket for a water bottle and/or umbrella, and it can hold an iPad comfortably too.

Need some opinion from the bros: which bag can I get for <$100 that fits 2 cameras, 4 Yn 565, 5 lens(longest is 70-200), 1flash pack, led lights, shotgun mic & other accessories? Tia
