I'm actually looking for a camera backpack..
Must be able to fit 1 DSLR (with lens) + 2 lens (1 prime, 1 telephoto) + Flash,, Most importantly, must be able to strap on Tripod (Manfrotto 190cx3)
Ruled out Lowepro Flipside as it looks like a Rocket Booster on my back..
Kata, Thinktank some are nice.. The new Manfrotto Veloce V bag looks nice and tempting.. but exp + only 2 clips to hold tripod..
Will like to get feedback from bros who used backpacks. Can any bros recco??
I personally think that Kata backpacks feels dam solid and good for the quality and price.
I've just upgraded to Kata Dr466i, definitely better then the Lowepro flipside in terms of looks, price and comforty. Flipside costed me a hundred and kata cost me $11X.
I can store my D90 w/ batt grip + 3 Lens + Flash, 15" macbook pro, tripod, lotsa memory cards, personal items (incl. waterbottle) and finally an extra piece of clothing with abit more space left.
And with all these equipment, I do not feel the load as much compared to the backpacks I've had in the past because of the padded carrying strap and additional safety straps. There are also additional accessories that I can look forward too.
Anyway, IMO, sorry to any diehard Lowepro fans, Lowepro bags seems to be degrading and increasing in terms of price, quite disappointing as its my Virgin brand for bags.
I'm now a happy die-hard Kata fan haha, because thinktank, domke, nat geo and billing are too ex for me =/
Cheers
