have been drinking 2.5-3l of water a day. never eat anything after 6pm. liquidation is the most effective weight loss solution to the westerners thou.

Cambridge diet..... who has tried it ?

Afternoon(my time :bsmilie: )

Just ate the vegetable soup I made last night (old chicken, pork bones with celery, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, potatoes, onion) and biscuits plus kopi.......

Going to marinate char siew again (by public demand) and 南乳
chicken wings. Wonder should I make steam minced pork salted egss or salted fish :think:
Sometimes, cannot cook too much food.....with too full a stomach.....they think the food very ordinary :embrass:

Mow the lawn too......:cry:

This morning i have small plate of Malay fried noodle with half egg. Then a curry puff..
Today so many ppl get me breakfast ;(..

A big packet of malay fried noodle with egg (i scope out a small plate the rest give to a malay colleague) eheh
then 2 big curry puff.. took 1 and the other one gave to my dar dar

Benign .... i very envy u are so much a great cook.. don't know why.. when i think of cooking.. really head pain.. using oven still ok wow ;o

It is hard to explain.....I guessed when you want to make somebody happy...u put in alot of effort, trials and errors....and the benefits of home cooked meals and cost savings..etc etc.

Just keep trying...you will get the hang of it eventually. Maybe it was family business in the past, and it starts to fall into place when u try ...think.

Actually I am still learning trying...not easy to remember wat to put...how much to put....level of heat.....and individual taste too.

Why? only HK style restaurants sell char siew or chicken wings ?

Every Chinese restaurants roast their own char siews....to be used in fried rice or individual dishes...roast pork in plum sauce.

think also because your family is big. For me, if i cook, only mum and hubby eating.. everytime the feedback was bad.. so give up liao -___-

My mel friend said the Hongkong Dimsum and jap food there is very nice!.. I find that the Dim Sum in singapore ok nian.
