why you wanna eat liquidated diet?
no pt, keep to eating normal. Take lots of the gd diet stuffs and less of the bad food like fried stuffs..then drink lots of water...does it sound like the ingredients of liquidated food to you? :bsmilie:...

have been drinking 2.5-3l of water a day. never eat anything after 6pm. liquidation is the most effective weight loss solution to the westerners thou.

Afternoon(my time :bsmilie: )

Just ate the vegetable soup I made last night (old chicken, pork bones with celery, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, potatoes, onion) and biscuits plus kopi.......

Going to marinate char siew again (by public demand) and 南乳
chicken wings. Wonder should I make steam minced pork salted egss or salted fish :think:
Sometimes, cannot cook too much food.....with too full a stomach.....they think the food very ordinary :embrass:

Mow the lawn too......:cry:

should smell like chicken stock or chicken jus ? the ingredients are almost exactly to what i used to prepare for chicken stock when i worked in a hotel as cook. except theres no potatoes... and pork bones. ;p

Yup, some people used it as stock.......but if you multiply by water and other ingredients u like, then it is your own brand of favourite soup lor.

If I got the mood and the budget for expensive items....I add in those bacon bones, or chinese dried meat......soup of soups liao. :bsmilie:
Need to becareful lor.....sometimes it turn out too salty or too much water the taste very plain....then msg needed but not favourable...I am still trying to perfect the soup. :embrass:
Today soup very balance.....not too strong chicken or meaty.....complemented by various vegetables too. Hopefully, dun get criticised later :sweat:
Still got chicken wings and char siew to roast yet.........

i think i will stick to it. they told me the end of contract is next month. :bigeyes:
