That is fair compensation to me, I could have been nasty and squeezed him for more. Now, my issue with that guy is over and I never ever want to be associated with him again.

$1600 for a 5D MKII is a real steal. I never used the USB on my camera before and always use my trusty card reader, somehow I feel sad for the seller suddenly. Now I am just curious what happened to the bag that comes with it. If he passes it to you, I would say $1600 for a Domko and a 5D MKII is OMG.

TS made a lot of effort to give house and office visits to Justin, in order to get the item "cheaply". Somemore TS will have to go through the trouble fixing the item. Based on the trauma, experience, trouble and the risk of not getting any money back, the camera he bought does not comes cheap.

If this dishonest dealing of Paul's camera never came up, my story would never be told... It ends on this thread... this thread... He gets my pity because he ends up like that... He's a smart guy, but chooses to use the brain for the wrong reason...

It'll end up nowhere, he'll get to scot free with the job he took away, we won't ever pay a cent for anything further.. life goes on.... chapter closes... I hope.... but somehow my 6th sense doesn't say so..... well, if I'm murdered, at least somebody knows why...:bsmilie:

Ya still, a second hand 5D MK1 is already approximate 1650 in second hand market. Also after dealing, it is not as if the main item isn't with him.
Seriously, I also really wonder if TS who gotten the 5D MKII for his personal use uses the USB connector? (Though resale value will be affected definately, now I guess people who read this thread will have their attention on TS when he resale this camera in the future )
