Hi, I interested to join EP5 family but had miss the recent sitex promo.
1. Any suggestions to go for BnS or
2. which shop should I go to get good deal?
Set-up:
Is getting only the ep5 body and 14-35/40mm good enough to start? Not sure the bundle deal serve any purpose?

hi, U r making a good choice here
1. B n S does have some good deals for EP5 sets. Look for the ones with warranty and do a comparison with market prices so that u've peace of mind.
2. eh... shops a lot to recommend leh, all of us have our own 'best friend' shops.
anyway, be glad u didn't buy it at Sitex haha. The street prices are better with the same package.
Your setup qn, maybe u can clarify the lens again? I don't know of any 14-35/40 lens in MFT

actually both black. I've a soft spot for all black cameras.

The standard few that r old names are T K Foto, SLRR and the list goes on.

At current prices, the EP5 is at a price point where u can just buy to try and sell later.

Sold the kit 17mm and got myself this..Need to order a new black skin and probably kaza 1/2 body jacket..

I m i India for a few weeks attending family weddings and using the E-P5 has been an absolute pleasure here.
I take photos of the festivities and family members and immediately transfer the JPEGs to my phone for sharing on the family whatsapp group. What a hit this has been with everyone!
Firstly the quality of jpegs is so much better than phone camera transfers. Now everyone wants to have a picture taken and everyone wants to know about the little Oly Pen!
Surprisingly, out of the 5 cameras that the wedding guests are using 3 are Olympus! My Pen, an E-m5 and an E-M1! Yup in india!
Hope loads more people will buy these little gems to support Oly and m43.
Oh and the videos are so good with the stabilization!

I'm from Indonesia new using m43 system (ep5 and 12-40PRO), and I want to ask, what is a good lens filter (12-40PRO) to capture the sunset cityscape and what the shop where I can buy it in singapore ?

Go funan it mall second level and 4th level. Tk photo and slr revo. Or can go peninsula plaza for Cathay photo on ground floor.
