Wendy's Chicken Temptation is another good one. Too bad Wendy's in Singapore folded some time ago.

They change the patty then now try to con us by selling MegaMac to console us. Its now a McChicken Mk2 more than a McSpicy. :sticktong

i believe Mcs changed ownership several years ago... previously Bob Kwan... owner operator, thats why we had so many different local flavours... all the way up to McPorridge...

after he sold it back to US... alot changed back to standard operation procedures and menu...

thats also why you haven't seen that many local stuff anymore...

anyway, Mcs is not into fast foods, they're into real estate... but thats another story...

True, McDonalds in recent years has been terrible. I will go have one last meal there and try the double mcSpicy, photograph it and throw darts at it.

Heard from dunno where, a few yrs back, mcdonald change their markeing head or smth.... Since then u get all sorts of funny thing, at first started out very well one.... things like 24hrs, etc.... then after 24hrs thingy, it just goes downhill..... they aborted the mcspicy double, take the drumsticks away and replace with McWings.... take the fish dippers away, take the shrimp wrappers away, take my fav sweet chill away... launch some stupid products like foldover, wasabi fish burger, mcgriddles, onion rings which r so big, fat, awful....tonnes of ice cream which is nowhere near ben & jerry's/hagen Daz.... and now they changed the one and only thing i eat in mcdonalds, the mcspicy! sad arh, sad arh.... seems like there is nth else for me to eat at mcdonalds alrd.... maybe only the ice milo lor. anyway they make great ice milo IMHO.....

I am now officially without any fastfood supplier....Now muz put up tender for the next fast food restaurant..... shortlisted candidates: Carl's junior, BK, KFC, MOS burger, LJS, Barcelos(new one @ vivo but i dunno nice or nt) ...... Now who wants the tender??? Pls come n bid for it!

finally they've more or less came to the conclusion that they can feed the people nothing but a deep fried piece of cholesterol between 2 slices of bread and still have customers.

Oh is it? I just ate one about 1-2 weeks ago and was disgusted by the lousy patties. Regretted not believing the pple in this thread and actually went to try. tasted more like a spicy mcchicken than anything.

I believe what was changed was from the original solid pieces of chicken (like Zinger) changed to processed patty paste (like McChicken).
