You arrogant fools, unlike the other models, she was in a parade walking and heavily escorted. I have to fight for position with a lot of photogs to get that shot. I will bet you with you guys wont be able to take that shot even with an slr
Is this an attempt to be funny? Sometimes I have issues sensing the hidden humor.

I have the RX1 and I also have the Leica M.
I carry the RX1 with me everywhere without thinking. With the M, I have to make a conscious effort to bring it out. I have not attached a 35mm lens on my M because of the RX1. The images are different because of the lens characteristics but I rather have a different focal length since I always have the RX1 with me.
The RX1 is also capable of taking some shots that will be impossible for the M. Low light shots for example, ISO 25600 vs ISO 6400 and that is with push settings, realistically it is 25600 vs 3200.
In general the RX1 is just a much more capable camera but the M has some things going for it. Interchangeable lenses and therefore more versatility, full frame mirrorless camera that can accept pretty much any and all lenses with the right adapter, sensor optimized for most M lenses.
On the other hand, if Sony ever releases a full frame mirrorless body, Leica is really going to be in trouble.
Stay tuned folks......![]()
It is a no brainer. Take the RX-1 and put a lens mount on it. Of course I am over simplifying.
The only thing I see delaying the launch is lens availability. Sony has traditionally been slow in releasing lenses and a full frame mirrorless will probably require a whole new range of lenses.
Just like wat Sony did for RX1. Get zeiss to produce d AF lenses for d future ff NEX.
Yeah but look at the E mount, 1 Zeiss lens in almost 3 years.
Hopefully Sony has been working on this for a long time or its going to be awhile before we see the FF body.
Well. Its not easy making ff AF lenses. Especially to keep it small like d 35/2 zeiss lens on d rx1.
That is my point, Sony has pretty much everything in place except for the lenses and that is going to take awhile. Let's hope is sooner rather than later.
Ya that is a great deal!![]()
