Hi Angelo, can share how you managed to attract them ? you spray sweet water ?

Hi Andy, for the female. I brought it home when it was hanging outside its pupa to dry. As for the male, was under my care since its last instar (caterpillar). ;)

:o Never knew there are people who rear butterfly.
Thanks for your reply.:)
Next outing I will start collecting pupa... just joking. :bsmilie:

Federick: Very nice shots you got there. Believe you are one of the butt experts. Especially the green baron.. It didn't allow me to get that close.

Hi mtunlinn, my knowledge on butterfly is very superficial. I just enjoy shooting macro subjects, particularly like to hunt for new species of butts. Hope that some years later, I have time to study and observe butts more seriously.

Angelo, really like that lovely presentation of a male and female Lime Butterfly. Good work.

Federick, Thanks. I'm trying to record the whole cycle of Lime Butterfly. :)

Just one butt to share. This Magpie Crow is resting on a metal bar.

Great control on the exposure. Anyway, it was not resting but feeding.
Thanks for your kind word.

Hi Lonko, not able to see your Peacock Royal.

Wee Zee,

Good shot on the Palm Bob with the water drop!

You should have moved a little bit more to your left to really parallel yourself to get the PR's eyes in focus.

Keep it up!

Thanks for the kind words:)

CM I'm cursed by PR, everytime I want to take a shot of it, they start moving. The worst is they go circles on me:bsmilie:
