Thanks, bearxiangz. More info - the red background was indeed bright red in color, plus it was a bright late morning, and a gold reflector was used as well. The red is more accurate on Adobe RGB than sRGB, though, but internet only uses sRGB.

The colours on the ground are paint from a furniture maker ...

Nice cross-processing effect! Good shot!

Nice, is that cross-processed ? The wild hair matches the edgy color :-)

Clubgrit and Ansel,

Digitally cross processed;) I know nothing about film. Just beginning to use it. He he

very nice..!

Well, noel, looks good. Film cross-process can be done by Ruby Photo, but it can be unpredictable and lots of colors casts, but vivid. Digital is easier to control though :-)

One more night shot before a break ...

Rolleiflex 2.8F, 1/30 ,f/2.8, Tri-X, subtly tinted. Love the absence
of any mirror slap on the Rolleiflexes/Cord.

I agree on that, but more on the tone, where traditional prints really bring it out. These pics are good examples as the subjects are full of hard edges and surfaces, good light, and are simple, easy on the eyes.

Prints always seem to produce better scans than negs or slides do.

Can anyone bring some old/new traditional prints? I would love to see.:thumbsup:

Shoot. my dad left behind a whole metal box of B&W negatives..... wonder how to arrange them. Mostly China town in the 60s. Families, etc :dunno:

Fujifilm GA645. Amazing PnS medium format camera. So easy to use and carry around. I'm starting to miss it already... ;p
