Hmm come la cv35 is cheaper hehe. Join us u wun regret it haha. My style ar. Hmm i shoot landscape more often then not n things/food etc but not alot of shot of pple. Haha.

oh landscape then should new e-mount UWA or the CV 15 and 12. But a lot of ppls complaining of CV12 in NEX7 got purple cast when I did my testing using Samyanf 8mm FE shoot at f8 and f11 I didn't see the purple cast... and this lens is even wider than most UWA out there so it may got to do with the lens coating...

CV35 f1.2 still expenssive for me bro even 2nd hand is crazy expenssive... Let see how one of these days when we meet and you still have that lens I'll test it out.

I probably will have that lens hahaha not going to sell it unless i move out of mirrorless cause i cant use on dslr haha. It a wonderful lens hahaha. Yup looking at the uwa hopefully is good. But thinking of adding a 50mm

How abt Japanese 35 legacy lenses? Quite affordable no?

Bro, is your Samyang mounted on either an LA-EA1 or LA-EA2? That would explain why you don't get the color shift. There are quite a few sites on the internet that explain in great detail why RF lenses do this and adapted SLR lenses don't.

its on LA-EA1 bro try to avoid the translucent mirror as NEX7 and A77 share the same sensor and I did notice the NEX7 noise pattern is tighter than A77 so I suspect the translucent does affect a bit...

Oh bro you sure is Mr Poison or Mr. BBB you're killing me bro... Let see if Hk got better pricing last year when I was there I did notice thier 2nd hand lenses pricing is not that much compare to our BnS section specially the legacy lenses...
 

Going back to NEX7 pictures so atleast the mods will not get angry lah...

okie more sample shots taken by this M39 smallish Jupiter-3 50mm f1.5 which Russian copied the CZ Sonnar 50mm f1.5 design.

The bokeh test @ wide open (I dont know how you would like the lens bokeh to me its ok or good)

The Flare (I've attached a smallish Lieca like vented hood this was from my late Jupiter-8 which I am surprise the share the same filter size) The lens has no UV filter and looks like no visible lens coating so this will flare like crazy. Depending on the angle you shoot against the sun you'll have different flare type and intensity. I shoot this either f5.6 of f8 cant remember.

Not the sharpest lens I've used but it render differently from my other lens this one is a keeper :-) it's a fun lens soft wide open sharp step down colors a bit pale need to push the contrast and saturation a bit but it's a nice lens and small :-)

If u r talking abt shops in HK, basically yes, not much difference really compared to our BnS... But HKLFC or DCHome.net does offer some really good prices at times on these legacy lenses like the one I haf posted to you if you scroll up and check. Canon 35/2 LTM only 3000 HKD which is less than 500SGD. Quite a steal if the condition is good... I searched thru some threads, for you, keke. N I can find d best price is 650 to 700 SGD, refer to the previous posts... Cheers.

There are really quite a few good 35s u can consider that could fall within yr budget. One thing to consider abt LTM lenses is the possibility that it cant focus to infinity wif some adapters coz of the additional thickness with the LTM - M adapter on top of your M - NEX adapter...

Quite like the Bokeh on some pics here... some seemed kinda harsh...

thanks bro for poison lolz but seriously speaking thanks for the info yeah will go look around and read some feedbacks and sample photos see which one I would like. I need to search some famous 2nd hand legacy lenses places in HK my wife given me 1 day for my poison and the rest will be with family... so must prep good and plan my attack well so I wont spend time looking around I would want to recon then go for the kill fast so I could cover more grounds lolz
