2. Zenitar M2S 50/2 (the ugly duckling) but this lens is sharp even wide open I like this lens MFD is short also if I am not should be 0.3M

and the previous post was the Jupiter-3 or 50/1.5 Russian copied the CZ Sonnar design for this lens

The swirl make the pics so dreamy....


But it's hard to produce that swirly bro normal shooting you wont see it. It needs a busy background and correct distance from your subject... it's not always showing this swirly bokeh. Not like those CCTV lenses or C-Mount lenses it's always swirly :-).

these russian lenses are affordable specially when you buy from Evil-Bay

I usually get swirly Bokeh from my CZ Contax Planar 50/1.7 especially around nature greenery shots as d background.

yeah when there's Sony outing and I can make it will bring my legacy lenses specially Russian ones so you can molest them :-)

depends on what type of shooting you like... I like portraits thats why I mainly have 50 and above primes. I always wanted to try 35mm but couldn't find a cheap and good fast 35 prime. The one I like is cron-r 35/2 but it's freaking expensive
