Pictures from Nex-5N

i think u must share?
oh.. ok, you must choose which size, then copy the link to the jpg file and use the IMG tag.. a little troublesome compared to photobucket

another way is to click on "Share" tab of the picture, choose size, click "grab the HTML/BBCode" and copy and paste, that's it, no need to use IMG tab...sounds cheeeem but really easy actually;)

Oh, care to share somemore insight ?

Also, I noticed the pictures are pretty blant as compared to the others posted. I'm taking JPG, right off the cam w/o post-processing
it depends on how you tilt your lens when taking the picture. read here
http://theappraisaliq.com/the-tilt-shift-lens-avoiding-architectural-distortion/
http://www.geofflawrence.com/photography_tutorial_photographing_buildings.php

usually light perspective distortion can be corrected using software like photoshop but it also means you have to crop the image, see this video
http://tv.adobe.com/watch/photoshop-with-matt/removing-distortion-from-wideangle-photos/

to make it "less blant" without using software, you can try different picture effects/creative styles.. you can also change the contrast, saturation and sharpness from different modes

ahh.. ok, photobucket is the easiest by far.. just point to the image and there is a drop down option, click on IMG code and it auto copy..

A few to share taken with 15/4.5 LTM from a sunrise walk, was drizzling a little..

& one from an old jupiter 3, sonnar copy

Nice photos. How much is the 15f4.5 better than the 16f2.8? Does it exhibit any color shift? I am still thinking of a better alternative to my 16f2.8.

Ya, EVF would be really helpful especially under the hot sun.
How was your M200/4? any pics?

Here are a few with ais200/4

Nice. I have yet to try my M200f4. Will take it out to Botanic gdns again and we'll see. Cheers

18-55mm Kit lens bro. The lens is super super sharp. I am really surprised.

Agreed, it's a very good kit lens and for most of the time, this will be more than sufficient. I like it alot.

nex5n with 50L

But the IQ from the NEX-5N kit lens is really beyond my imagination. I have some portraits of my wife and her friends and the photos showed immense amount of details (not pimples, moles but smaill pores) when you do 100% crop. Too bad I am not allowed to post those photos online.

Bro, you should try the "Smooth Skin" feature of the 5N !!! ...suddenly all the womenfolks around LOVES me !!!

I did asked them but they told me that it is ok as long as I dun post the photos online! Haha...

Here's a 100% crop out of 5N, need some comments, e.g. sharpness, details etc ?
I don't find it that sharp, or am I expecting too much ?

Note: Right off the camera, w/o editing

Could be much sharper. I post mine tonight.

The pic is out of cam, w/o sharpening in Photoshop ... why isn't it sharp ? Focus ? Using kit 18-55mm

Aiya... You see my photo tonight and you will understand lah... But my photos were taken outdoor in bright sunshine. That could be the difference.

Where did you focus at ? the eyes ? ...a narrow DOF could also be the cause.

More, all unedited. The low light capability is really impressive.
