thx you

f2.8 / Speed : 1/200 ISO : 200. i set on my K-10 to up (+) 1 bar the sharpness and contrast

now im thinking whether i looking for 35mm or upgrade the body into K-5

@pinholecam
actually next week it will be another event on Borobudur Temple for Waisak Day, the ceremony will be held 2 days. and i heard it will be crowded. all the hotels around jogja already fully booked.

Another nice shot!

Thanks for the event calendar. It will be useful if I plan to go Indonesia again next year for photo trip.

I've read that Vesak day in Borobudur is a pretty big/impressive event. Do post your photos here ok?

#194 - Great Eastern House cityscape on 22-April-2012 after Clubsnap Sam talk .

Decided to go up to shaw tower carpark with friends to try some city scape . Sunset was great but it was block by the national library. Handheld shots for this.

#195 Great Eastern House night cityscape II ( slightly lower perspective )on 22-April-2012 after Clubsnap Sam talk .

Decided to do a night shots after the above photo. Unable to set up a position for my tripod . Hence find some way to let my camera "rest" on the edge of the wall to take this multi long exposure shots. There is a bit of distortion for both photo as camera was not level to capture the yellow box. Try to my best to correct it at PP but still noticeable .

nice cloud and mist captured there. it's a pity that the highlight at top left is blown.

if it's shot on fp4/delta100 and some contrast were added with red filter, i think it would be great

Nice catch!
You've got perseverance for doing macro man!

thanks, JK.

I destress thru macro....after work, anytime taking the kits out to shoot, even sometime during work with my kits along...
So I need variety of lenses, different focal length to try..

Very true.
Taking that time and focus certainly feels nice and rewarding.

K5, M85/2
A shy little cat near the breakfast area in Manohara hotel where I stayed in Yogja.

I opted for the M85 over the FA77ltd for this trip.
When it shines, the M85/2 is just so nice. The rendering as well as the small size of the lens is such a joy to use.
Too bad I was rather rusty with this lens and MF in general. Missed quite a few as I fiddled with focus.
