Candi Plaosan, Yogyakarta

Just come back from a short trip to Yogyakarta.
Wonderful place with lots of history, ancient sites and friendly people.

The lighting was very harsh when I took this.
But with the stunning DR of the K5, I was able to expose to keep histogram within the limits.
Recovered both sky and buildings in post process.
A lesser camera would have struggled and needed HDR.

still one of my fav places to take pic..the water fountain at Bugis Junction..always like to see kids hving fun playing with the water

k-01 with k135 f2.5..shooting digital instead of the usual film for this round..

haha good idea but due to my current working relationship with another camera brand i cant really disclose what camera brand i use lol. i hope they dont log in to this section of the forum and find out my identity.

Hi,they are taken by my samyang 8mm fisheye lens and all were taken using my pentax K7 only..hope to get some comments on ways to improve since i am quite new to this hobby
