my cam just went bonkers with the "CHA" problem again. this time.. it not only corrupted the image i just taken.. but it corrupted images i took the day before..

the JPGs cannot be read and instead of DSC_xxxx.JPG it shows up as DSCWxxxx.JXG
anyone got recovery software to recover the data? :cry: i got some photos in my card that I really love..

Is it the Lexar problem? I think have a recovery program right? Try to search for the answer, I think I saw a lot of topics about it.

no not lexar.. first happened in with my sandisk but i ignored the problem.. I'm using the seagate photo harddrive now. Happened again a few times but more of irritant. this time was the most severe data loss..

this is so so so so stupid ... the 21 day registration period for overseas voting ended on 6th february, those overseas now who did not register then will not be able to vote in the coming election, the thing is, back then nobody even know when the election is going to be held exactly ... now i've just lost my right to vote as a citizen :bheart:
