today i just thinking of something... ask u fathers ar... and also doing own business type...

if 1 day your son/daughter got sick, will u take 1 day leave just to take care of them, or will you continue to work?

variables... u got no one that can take over your job, and you got urgent stuff to complete or important customer to entertain... maybe even have a wedding on hand... concern your future reputation or otherwise... and its last minute sick...

cos i am thinking... if i have 1, den i got no time for it... den i seem like a bad father rite... den esp when everybody see... how come your worker can take leave while u can't... den kids also say, how come everybody so eng except u... (somehow, thats how i see my parents anyway... ;p) den might as well in 1st place dun get married... ;p ;p

that depends on the amount of shares & commitment u have for the company rite...

somehow, if i can manage to make my company public (somehow is about 100% impossible) den i really can make myself dispensable...

everytime i always get tis same question... from everyone of my gf... 'will u accompany me to the labour ward when i am to deliver' den i always think... y dun i go work for others with a paternity leave type... :bsmilie:

:bsmilie: things work differently in the company i work, we focus more on team performance than individual performance, so there's no problem taking one or two person out at any time to do other stuff, quite fluid. that way there's more time for company bonding and no time for office politics

My advise, choose your priorities in life:

1. Be a boss, manage well and can still have family life but maybe earn less.
2. Be a boss, workaholic, better not have family, no idea earn so much money for what.
3. Be a boss, earn lots of money and have lots of GF, spend lavishly.

I can imagine if I always not around, my son everyday will ask the mummy," Where is Daddy? He is always not around." This will not last, one day he grows up and you grow old, and he can't be bothered with you as he has his own life and never shared a good relationship with you. You will be the one asking,"Where's my son, he's always not around."....sad but true..:cry:
