so far speculation is K200D is using the same sensor as K10D with new image processing engine/algorithim, so if you are a K10D user will you be interested ?? This is assuming the features for K200D is still base on the entry level of K100D. No WB fine tunning for example...

Secondly its the pricing, definitely K200D will be price higher than K100D super, will it be lower than K10D ? if yes how much lower ? if the price difference between K200D and K10D is not much, which will you choose ? Assuming K10D is still in production and the K200D features is still base on entry level...

anyway...end of the day...buy what you can afford...will not go wrong with either i believe...
come thursday we will noe wat we all want... K..D :bsmilie:

oh i see. thks. :)

where to plug in the xbox controller?

See the cover on the left?
Open that and you will get the component-in contacts. :bsmilie:

Built-in vertical grip....
And the designer forgot to add the AF button for vertical grip! :nono:

Some guy posted some full size samples from either the Pentax K20D or Samsung GX20. Maybe you guys would be interested to take a look.

ISO100:

ISO3200:

The 3200 one looks pretty good, probably better than ISO1600 on K10D. Consider it's a 14.5mp camera, that looks really promissing :D

LOL... The ISO100 image is so crisp it looks pixelated when I shrink it to fit my screen.
I need to get a bigger monitor if I want to buy the K20D...
Either that or I stick to shooting in ISO3200 which looks just nice when I shrink to fit my screen... :sweatsm:

The K20D specs is mighty tempting, but it seems the better glass is more important to me for now...

give better discount la...last time u offer mi my wife says no :bsmilie:

anyway give u business for the adapter liao hor...:bsmilie:

Ya hor ................actually my price really quite good liao ..............:)

If you serious we can still talk .................;)

Benjamin (a professional fashion/model photographer who's been using Pentax since early last year) from PentaxForums already has the pre-released K20D in hands. Here is his first impression about the camera:
those comments are really something

i wonder how much the body would cost though. sigh.

I don't give any hope that the new camera will be cheap locally any time soon. So if I'm going for it, it would be outside Singapore, perhaps in HK. My rough, no basis guestimation is about S$2.0 to 2.5K.

yeah, maybe i'll go for the k200d if it's coming out too, especially if it's going to emulate the k10d, better shake reduction and good iso performance

2k is definitely out of budget, no matter how you put it :(

Just reading benjikan 's comments about the new flagship camera makes me "steam" ...............:embrass:

Btw, specifically mentioned that the new cam is the league of 1DMkIII, does that mean that it will sport a new AF sensor and a 1.3X crop imaging sensor?;)
