Any idea when it'll be released in Japan? I'll be there in Apr and this is one lens I'm considering, higher up in my list than the pancakes....;p Hope it's not going to cost much more than $700...:sweat:

Probably not cheaper than from HK, especially if buy new.
I didn't realise that! Obviously, that'll help especially a CPL...on the hood itself, it won't be much use ;p... But the 43mm filter isn't on the hood, but right in front of the glassThere are two threads on the lens, one is 43mm which is just on the glass rim...
I did screw onto the hood, cos' that what the manual seems to suggest. Anyways, nice discovery. But it's so difficult to find 43mm filters (ND +4 and above, or CPL). Really difficult.

If you're going for the DA Limiteds collect all 4 to complete the collection!!!
If you go with the FA Limiteds, you only need to collect 3!!!
