The whole Pentax legacy is built on these 3 lenses! :bsmilie:

When I think of photography as fine art, I have in my mind the image of these 3 and the LX. :)

OK here are the ones that I got. As you can see there is something missing in this picture. :bsmilie:

Yeah, I saw the lens hood is missing from the 43 Ltd.:bsmilie:

This is such a terrible thread... I should avert my eyes, but I keep looking at all these different lenses presented, and wonder if I need them...

Man, ;) ... my intent is to share with you why we love our pentax primes and possible part of the reason we are loyal pentaxians! No intent to induce LBA...

Go and get one before they disappear from the market :bsmilie:

I only have twins, I'm missing the third one too ;)

One from the 70mm

Then go and get one set, I'm sure you'd love them :D I hold and play w/ these princesses (nickname from some Chinese forum) more than I use them to take photos :bsmilie:
How much will the 3-piece set cost and where can I buy them?

Maybe they should open a "Lens photography" subforum :bsmilie:

Prices:
FA31 $1200 to $1500
FA43 $600 to $780
FA77 $900 to $1100

You can either other them from local agent or OP, or buy them directly from oversea :)

DA limiteds are 'cheaper' at about 2.2 to 2.4k.

But u feel "better" with the FA limiteds... :)

 ... don't want to enter into a debate about the FAs vs DAs limiteds, and very likely to be down to own's experiences, preferences ...

Ultimately, there's obviously a price to pay for the extra bit of greatness in each of the lens. ;)

The DA21mm and DA40mm are definitely very cool...small but mighty
