What you call art filters are just convolution filters and focus peaking is simply a convolution filter in any camera which offers peaking. In other words focus peaking on Sony cameras is just an art filter as well. Depending how compute intensive the filter and how powerful the platform is it will slow down the refresh rate. Sony's filter is relatively fast but also not very accurate. I haven't tried the EM1 peaking but maybe it's more accurate? It's extremely easy to implement, it runs on any computer of the psst two decades so a modern camera platform should be a breeze. The only small challenge is to get it run fast enough in real-time but camcorders do that already for ages.
I have no idea why all cameras have only such a small list of color options. There is really no excuse for that. They should offer a color wheel to save a few custom colors and also an inverted color option to always use the inverted underlying color as peaking color for better visibility in tricky scenes.

MAP or Kinephoto always offer the best prices as compared to shops in Singapore. I got mine from Miramar... because I couldn't wait.
In Singapore, try that regular few... TK, MSC, Parisilk... call and see who offers the best price.

He's right, you need to call the shops yourself. Prices and bundles can change fast and might depend on your negotiation skills.

Can help u with 1/2 the question:
- Setting a default zoom magnification:
Press playback button --> press info until u hit a full screen with no info view --> press F1 --> touch the screen when u wan the zoom to be centered.
A green rectangular box will appear --> rotate rear dial to the zoom magnification u wan as default --> tap shutter button.
now whenever u press the playback button and roll the back dial, u will go str to the magnification and center position set as default.

now u just need to decide whether u wan 3x , 5x or 7x magnification and u r set.

I tried your method but after reviewing the picture, I cannot zoom out to so I can view other pictures, it will overwrite this setting.
Must press playback button to go out then play back button to go in and select another photo to review. <--- Any work around for the go out and come in again?

Good point but I prefer using magnified view instead. The focus peaking can be mostly hit but sometimes miss affair for me.
