I blended baby shallots, dried chili & black pepper for the marinate. Then pan fried it

Hua Cheng Pork Ribs Noodle (Jalan Malu Malu) Some where behind of Sembawang Shopping Centre

This little gem hidden in a small corner of Sembawang. Weird that I don't see much review of this old school taste of noodle online.
This noodle is not like those regular noodle that you can find in your heartland.
You can taste some sweetness of the tomato sauce with the chili. Goes really well with the noodle.
The soup is good but not SG Bak ku teh kind of soup.
The ribs have been boiled till very soft.
