Fu Ming Fried Carrot Cake (Red Hill Market)

Went to try this Carrot Cake intro by bro metranquility.
Ordered the $2 White Carrot Cake and was pretty shocked by the presentation(Too Plain, spend sometime to find a good angle to take the photo).
I could tasted a lot of "Cai Por" in it which I like it very much but the egg was too little & I find it a bit oily :)

Nicely taken! I actually like to have white carrot cake, with more eggs. :) you may want to try the one at chomp chomp, just located by the entrance/exit.

Hahaha Hope my fav will suit your taste. The stall name is called Hup Huat (white) Carrot Cake. It's not like the Fu ming style, kind of like a pancake :bsmilie: They fried the carrot cake then add the eggs and flatten it till its crispy.
If you go there you can also try the Yi Liu Xiang nasi lemak, I find the rice there fragrant and fluffy or the Wang Jiao wanton mee. There are also you tiao, Nam Xing Hokkien Prawn Noodle also not bad. haha grow up from there so everything seem so tasty to me :P
