Anyways, the EVF is addictive, much more so as compared to the sliding LCD, especially when the sunlight is strong.

In a shoot together with Clubsnap here, they'd start to post sample images

Good timing if GX7 stocks are ready by Dec. can get to use year-end bonu$ to invest in GX7 and start snapping in Christmas/HNY festival.

Last year we also hoping for the gh3 as a christmas gift for ourselves. Ended up it became this year valentine gift.. hope this gx7 wont be the same.. ha.

Talking about it, do you see yourself forgoing the gh3 after you get the gx7? To me, this is high chance as 1. I need gh3 mainly due to evf. 2. With gh3 I am only use avchd format (not mov). All these two points are now made available in gx7 and best, with "better" sensor as claimed. The last point of course is the recovery of some funding for the new cam by selling the gh3.. at least wife won't make so much noise.. lol.

@jackwolf, actually I think even though your two criteria are fulfilled, it would be good to keep 1 more body especially if you have more than 1 lens.

I am a current user of the EM5 and I intend to get one more body, either another EM5/EM6/GX7 so that I don't have to keep switching my primes.

Also, put it this way, maybe you could get the financial controller involved in your hobby? =D

I was actually thinking of replacing my epl5 with the gx7. Not sure if the gx7 lacks anything compared to the gh3 except the mov formats. Will wait n see,

EPL5 vs GX7.. I think quite safe to say the GX7 won't disappoint.. can't wait to have a feel of it though.. seems like quite a solid build based on all the youtube videos..

Not sure about how the IBIS compares to the OMD's 5-axis IBIS.. But if it is decent then woah. It would be an upgraded Sony Nex 6 with IBIS and tiltable EVF.

For me, I will always be in a dilemma if I have two bodies.. on choosing which one to bring out. Thats the reason I prefer zoom over primes too..

And actually, not so much like a financial controller but is a compliance manager instead.. lol..

I never liked the ergonomics of my OMD. Buttons were too small and rubbery, EVF was in the center when it should be at the side. The fake SLR look with fake prism also didn't quite grab me. The GX7 looks perfect. A M43 camera with NEX 7 design and looks like an old rangefinder. I want one.

Guess d price will b as ex as d ep5. Seemed d M4/3 r getting more pricey as they keep improving d specs.
