Looks like a winner. Matching 20mm f1.7 mark II. Maybe it's the 'kit' lens.
Best combo with Pany 12-35 f2.8 zoom.

I'm officially smitten. If only Oly could have done the EVF like how Panasonic did with the GX7.

Being a Oly fanboy, I had once bought a GF3 for the fun of trying a Pana MFT body only to sell it after 1 month. The GX7 looks like the one I will buy simply because it displays what the Pen Series had wanted to do. (rangefinder , excellent optics, built in IS , EVF)

Anyways, the EVF is addictive, much more so as compared to the sliding LCD, especially when the sunlight is strong.

In a shoot together with Clubsnap here, they'd start to post sample images

This is one heck of a beauty, the specs seem pretty good as well.. but I still think the pricing is a little too high though, just like the EP5. I will stick to my OM-D for now and await further news. =)

Will wait anxiously for the EM6 release and then do a comparison. Thank my lucky stars I did not get the EP5 this time round with how limited my camera budget is. Think so far the only plus of EM5 over the GX7 is the weather resistant and of course the handgrip options.

Oly gotta really outdo themselves this time with the GX7 in the fight.

Right.. With all the newer cameras with the newer sensors, gh3/em5/epm2/epl5/epl6/ep5 & gx7. It's all a matter of form and usage. No longer Is IQ the limiting factor. IQ is now good enough.. It's all the other factors like evf, screen, tilt vs swivel, RF vs DSLR design, mic in, OLED, number of buttons, weather sealing or not, 1/4000 vs 1/8000 ss, wifi or not, GPS or not, etc

well said...! and of cos price too...

either way... the m43 landscape is looking better than ever...!
