Will wait until Sept for Oly's releases for new OM-D series to decide what will take my money this year.

The image on page 1 does show a tiltable inbuilt EVF hehe....

I've yet to use the tilting with my evf.

Have anybody here used it? In what situations?

looks like the silver version will go very well with the silver oly primes

Nice one but its looks like a PS fake image.
Anyway I am looking forward to a GX1 successor, current using one and I am very satisfied with it.
Quite sure that the successor will have similar stellar performance:)

Looks like the large grip was made to accommodate bigger battery

actually does anyone find this looks similar to a sony NEX?

that's why there is a name in front else everyone will thought you have NEX

Too bad its still a panasooc sensor. I have realized there is a significant differencd in the colour rendition on pany vs oly.

Ah.. that we dont know.. i hope its a Sony sensor..

Best mft sensor as per rumor

Anyone knows if the inbuilt IS will work together with the Lens IS?

It's advised to use either the body IS or the lens IS and not both at the same time

I never own a m43 but I'm seriously tempted. My 60D has been sitting in the dry cab partly because it's really heavy for me. I'm very petite... But it's going to be so hard for me to give up the DSLR. I love the colours from my Canon hence I have a question regarding your view on the difference in colour rendition pany vs oly.

I really like how this GX7 looks but I suspect I might end up having a more expensive system than my DSLR. Hahaha!

To me, the colours on the Oly is better than Panny, I must say. I have the EPL5 and the GF6, and the Panny GF6 colours are not good especially in low light.

To be very clear, in RAW there's no issue as you can post process. It's the OOC jpgs that are different. I've used both and own both. I would say oly's photos tend to be more "warm" and panny more "cool". You can of course adjust the colour settings in camera but that's up to personal pref. in the latest iterations of panny Gh3/g6/gf6 the image processor generates images warmer than before. It's actually very close now. Ymmv.

Actually is it the sensor or the processor that makes the difference? Apparently there used to be comments that the gh3 & em5 are using the same sensor, if I remember correctly.

I have the gh3 and epl5 (which uses the same em5 sensor). Based on raw, I would say its the same sensor. Dxomark results are also very close. So close it's hard to dispute it being the same sensor. That's why if you shoot raw and PP the IQ is the same. OOC jpgs look different due to the different image processors. Trupic Vs Venus

Hmmm... September, EM6, GX7 or EP5? Any advice, I have no hurry and can wait till Sep.
