bad news.. m43 rumour just states that gh3 will be delayed in Asia till end dec.. and usually "Asia" would mean places like hk, tw, jp.. sg probably will get 1-2 months later.. little chance we might even get it before cny..

I heard we'll get it on the 1st of April.

Will our 'Asia' Version be the same as the Jap local version? Cause they have stock over there already.

For video, key is PAL vs NTSC.
JP is not PAL. also domestic sets are usually Japanese language only. So it's better to buy Hk set

That's not even the main issue. The biggest burden for most people is that Panasonic cameras sold in Japan cannot be switched to a non-Japanese language.

Yep.. So if VK comes out with a hack that can do pal/NTSC switching and allows all languages, I'll buy from jp or us ASAP... Or wait for hk set or sg...

Yep. VK just collected the donations for the gh3. Don't think he has the cam yet. Earliest hack is mths away

GH3 is finally available in amazon JP... but guess what.. the price is 133k+ yen.. around S$1906!! but amazon US is only USD1299 around S$1600. Wonder why this time JP is higher.. also wonder by the time SG launch it the price will be at which level..

Heard gh3 has EVF problem. Panny had to delay shipment to change supplier. So just wait until the bugs are ironed out and price drop.
