I found it in HK~!!! ^^ Last peice grabbed by me at a very very reasonable price from a reputable HK Shop~!!! Combed the whole Mongkok Area for the whole day and efforts really paid off~!!! Cham liao.. tonite sure insomnia...:bsmilie:

Do note for those who might be interested to get it in HK.. its is 10 to 15% Exp than SG (which :dunno: why )

Release of the mentioned is only launched last week and its not readily available as the 1st few batches comes in limited quantities and were quickly snapped up the moment they reached the shelves..

wah! you are so lucky. really envy you la..i got my chance molest this lens last 2 month and it's really damn good. looking forward to your macro shot with this lens. what are you gonna do with your 105 VR? you mentioned the lens in HK are about 10 - 15% expensive than in spore, isit apply to all lenses? i'm going to HK by end of march and planning to buy nikkor AF-S 10 - 24 DX over there.

Do your own homework here before you buy anything over there.

IMO: DX lens saving may not be much. You can still check out the prices before getting to see if is worth while.

FYI, i am keeping the 105VR..Each has its own uses..

You do ur homework (call the shops before u go down and compare the price between SG/HK etc..) and ur maths yah

3rd day in HK, combed almost all shops (including 2nd hand in Tsim Sha Tusi, Mongkok and Cheung Wan) Still no luck *tis sux:sweatsm:*

Found at least 3 pieces of used AFS 80-200 f2.8 though and 2 pieces of grey edition AFS 28-70ED also..Prices are very attractive~!!! :devil:

DC's is so hard to find even for used. (be it 105 or 135)

Might have to settle for 85f1.4, but before tt, will try Shan Sui Po tml..
