KM Dynax7D or Canon 20D

i actually got another stupid question which i wonder should i start a thread to discuss...

since i am narrowing down to either a 7D or 20D, which brand lens have the fastest focusing? like canon with USM seem to be 'faster' focusing... but compared to minolta ?? focusing? or any other brands, mayb sigma (3rd party) lens... which 1 among them is faster?

Varies from lens to lens and the type of lens u are looking at and the body u are looking at... and different lens excel in different situations.... no such thing as a "king" lens....
