Vortex's idea to post IR pix at the landscape is good.. can generate more interests of IR to a bigger audience.

Hosea, go for the larger diameter, 67mm. You can always use a step up ring for smaller diameter lenses.

Teerex, is right, better to get a bigger diameter filter.
Maybe you can ask abt the price in japan first?

Actually to me it doesn't matter if it's cheap anot, desperate for it as it's difficult to get in SG. :sweat: Just a basic comparison with online prices, SGD80 is definitely cheap.

Really hope Sunday will have a better weather than today....

Wonder if Clubsnap can have a separate catagory for IR.... :think:

(a) pic is very small.
(b) shot with 100mm lens, so the left side (further away) may have been outside the DOF.
(c) when will we get skies like that !!!

pablo: i took some quick shot today out of my window with several settings, then choose 1, it was crop this way coz outside my window got balcony and the shots can see part of the parapet and ceiling

interesting thing is the clouds become very define. w/o filter the clouds is just 1 big patch of gray. i quite like the way it changes the color of the cloud. maybe i could try using ELP on b&w film or IR film as well ;p

w/o CWB, everything becomes red. gotta CWB with the filter on. i havent try changing other temp yet

any chance of a fat lady streaking past a botero sculpture? that might make an interesting street shot... :think:
