    Hi,

    I have a 40D with 2 IS Lens 24 -105 / 70 - 200 f2.8. On your list you say the 70-200 is not suitable, but would it be safe to assume the 40D and the 24-105 would be.

    In Thailand, we success in removal of IR cut-off filter from Canon 300D, Canon 350D, 10D, 30D and Nikon D70.

    Some people success in converting Olympus E-1. Rumor says E-500 too, but I never see it. No hotspot with Oly 14-42mm kits.

    About modified Canon, so far - there's NO problem about hotspot at all, even with 18-55mm kits (both v.1 and v.2/USM).
