Like the shot. I see what you mean about the Sony. It would definately make things easier. Do you know what the end result is like from the Sony yet ?
What camera did you use for the tree shot above :dunno:
Thanks for showing

For us to know and for your to find out :bsmilie:
With the 828 you can view and compose your shot with the IR filter attached when switched to Night Vision Mode. That the advantage.
Max 2.8 said:Yep, that's me! I put my shots in CS Gallery. You guys can check it out. Its call IR test1,2,3,4, and 5.

anyways..really thanks to IRman for showing us the location and giving me tips on improving my composition as well![]()
as u can see below....my pics look more monochrome than infrared.
i only did autolevels in PS, thats all.
Dennis said:Did you try channel swapping as what teerex had told me.
Your shots looks OK and can be in colour I think.
teerex said:I don't think channel swapping will help to bring out any colours. As I said yesterday I think the 8400 uses the same CCD as the 5700. I can't get any colours out of the 5700 also by channel swapping. Perhaps I can be done with some Selective Colour and Replace Colour in PS.
Vortex, shots are ok except for the third one. My opinion is that the leaves of the trees are tad blown and not distinct. Some pp might help.
teerex said:Dennis,
Interesting variations on the colours in the pictures. What pp did you do?
