Hi guys,
I need some help on my new-bought DVX102BEN.
I bought this camcorder last week and shot it over the weekend. It was a nice camera and was having absolute fun with it.
However, problem started to arise when I tried to capture the DV footage to my computer.
I linked my DV camcorder to my Vista PC through a firewire cable to my firewire port (Texas Instrument OHIC Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller).
I have tried all the recommended procedures, like, switching the camera to VCR mode before linking up and etc. But to no avail.
I was suspecting that Vista is the problem. I have read on the forum that many have experienced such problems with Vista, not being able to identify sources from firewire port.
I have google-ed and searched around extensively for solutions but none works.
So if someone out there has such past experiences and has solved it, please help me...
Thank you.
