Hi to all the hardworking volunteers.
In the spirit of celebrating all the time, effort and sweat that we put for this event, we'll having a simple buffet reception for all the volunteers. (Funds for this buffet comes directly from the ClubSNAP Admins' pocket - all donation(100%) from the fund raising are given to (Mercy Relief - Japan Tsunami and Earthquake)
In this event, we'll not only be honouring all the volunteers, including 501st Garrison (our storm troopers friends) and Cosplayers. We'll also be thanking our sponsors, i.e. Far East Organisation, Nikon and Noritsu. In addition, we'll also be inviting representatives from Mercy Relief and they will be issuing Letters of Participation to all volunteers who are present for the reception. (TBC)
With these in mind, can we invite all of you to grace the occasion to celebrate over food and company?

Location: SAM Glass Hall
I'll also need you full name in order to facilitate the labeling of the Letter and also know the number of pax to cater.
