I think our cam has limitations,have to accept this fact :what:.....I tried takin fashion show events b4..pics turn out crappy...too slow to capture and freeze even w flash...
think our cam best used for taking scenery landscape :sweat:

hhaha.. today i didnt go for shooting cos was busy preparing for my outstation matters... sigh... initially wanted to go to the garden festival ..but then it's a weekend, sure ppl mountain ppl sea one.. so wanted to go on weekday.. but then as usual lah, dont think i can make it cos it ends on 1 august... .. perhaps tonight will try to get my hands on some shots.. hands itchy though..

so what about you bro, where did you go? any nice shots to share...

Relac bro, not harsh criticism. I, for one, just dun know how to shoot the sky. Mine's always blown out too :angry: Keep shooting and have fun. Good or bad feedback, no need to be affected cos it'll be diff opinions from diff people.

Anyway, tomorrow I will be going for another shoot and I will post after that. Even if Kenn say it's the most atrocious eyesore I'll be ok, but must tell me what's wrong with the pic lah then I can correct the mistake. Part of learning mah. Better get feedback now than one fine day sekali shoot something important then found out got bigger mistakes.

As for the PC, get new one lah. I don't believe in branded PCs. Anyway components get obsolete so fast, a simple one will do unless you do gaming.

btw, took a few shots of henderson wave... bloody waste of time.. wat stupid marleen trail, give stupid fancy name, walk walk walk then realise it's part of e mt faber mah! ;( e stupid bridge only 5 mins... took also a couple ndp jets at shutter
priority but only realised later my ISO was too low so all came out dark... anyway,
will post when i get my pc back...

also saw quite a no. of ppl with canon DSLR cam... wah.. all look so pro.. but
of course got ppl w basic digicam & hp cams... so can't comprain ah...

My sky pic is lazily taken, as per observed by JBK. By right the focus is on the houses.

As for the 2 macro shots I'd posted, I'd bumped up the ISO too high which resulted in grainy pics. If you check the EXIF, you'd find them at ISO 400. The noise can't really be seen on the LCD but when I looked at the downloaded pics, they were all very bad.

What is EMDW? HWZ I only went to check for prices nia, never participated in the forum. How about SBF leh? ;p

Good for you! I can't decide if I want to risk missing the classes if I register the hell hole I work at sometimes span the work hours over the weekend, even the National Day weekend I have to come back to office.
