Fujifilm FinePix S8100fd

Hi guys...

Need you guys help...
I am planning to buy a S8100 at SLS, the price is 350 with 2GB card only. I think the tripod is included la. Is it worth? btw, S8100 is refering to S8100fd?

Sorry i am newbie so gotta check it out with you all expert before i go to buy..i am planning to buy by this saturday le.. The S2000 is selling at 499 with 4GB,tripod, bag, but it is out of my budget cos i only able to spend around 350.

Let me know your opinions ya?
